After 18 frustrating months dealing with a temperamental website we were ready for change. We met with Richard and Matt from Synapse who provided us with a clear web strategy that ticked all the boxes.
They created an effective web solution that integrated seamlessly with our other operating systems, something our previous site was unable to do.
Since going live we've made several changes (as you do) and Synapse have been great at bouncing idea's off and giving honest feedback.
Their support has been awesome, any issues have been resolved quickly and with clear explanation which is reassuring for the not so computer savvy!
Overall we're stoked to have a functional website that compliments our brands, values and identity, thanks guys!
