Synapse offers a comprehensive service for producing and implementing a functional web strategy. Founded in 2005 by Richard Berridge under the name Csolutions, the company originally focused on the technical development of websites. In 2006, Dr. Matt Walley and Richard established a working partnership between their companies with Matt offering market research services to clients and the team at Csolutions providing the technical implementation.
Since then Richard and Matt have acquired an in-depth understanding of online media strategies, with Richard refining his knowledge in areas such as E-commerce, database structure and internal goal conversion techniques. Matt moved from a focus on consumer psychology to looking specifically at how consumers interface with search engines and websites in general. This led to Csolutions being able to offer clients a comprehensive online strategy consultancy service that encompassed:
- Initial market research to understand the client’s customers, their competitors and the online environment in their market.
- Development of a comprehensive strategic plan for the client’s online activities, utilising the current and most relevant technologies to achieve their specific goals.
- Technical implementation using processes and approaches developed over the last 6 years, followed by on-going refinement and support.
In 2011 Csolutions rebranded as Synapse to capture and consolidate our approach to achieving online success.
Synapse is now focussed on working proactively with clients who see their website as an integral part of their communication, marketing and sales strategies.
